How do I check grain levels without climbing the silo?
Fit a LevALERT mechanical bin level indicator at the levels that matter to you. It turns bright yellow when grain reaches it, so you can read it from the ground. For live readings on your phone, a SiloMetric laser sensor measures the level continuously and sends alerts when stock runs low.
What’s the difference between LevALERT and SiloMetric?
LevALERT is a mechanical indicator: no power, no wiring, and it shows whether grain is at a set level. SiloMetric is a laser sensor that measures the actual level and sends it to an app, with history and low-level alerts. Many farms use LevALERT on smaller bins and SiloMetric on silos they manage closely.
Can I monitor grain temperature and moisture too?
Yes. AgroLog and BarnOwl systems monitor temperature, moisture and CO2 inside stored grain and can switch aeration fans automatically, so you catch hot spots and insect activity early.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes. LevALERT indicators and SiloMetric sensors ship Australia-wide from Leeton NSW for a flat $20. Larger systems are quoted with delivery and installation advice for your site.
